Remember how fun it was as a kid to eagerly open your lunchbox and find a note from your mom? It was like an extra little treat to make your lunch feel extra special. Remembering that feeling, I declared March "Lunch Love Notes" month for TJ. He packs his lunch every day, so this month, I've been slipping these adorable little love notes in before he leaves each morning. These particular notes are so great because they're specifically geared to be given from a wife to a husband. He's been loving it, and I, too, have loved hearing his reaction each day. When the month is over, I'm planning to put the notes to good use, and incorporate them in our interactive scrapbook. Here are some shots of our lunch love notes so far!

DeleteI have always put little notes in my kiddo's lunch. I love the idea of him discovering a little "You're the best!" or "I'm SO proud of you!" in his lunch. These are so, so sweet! I'm glad to have found your lovely blog!
